ERRATUM

IN the Proclamation taking additional land and setting apart Crown land for defence purposes, published in the Gazette, 23 February 1961, No. 14, page 315, in the First Schedule, in the first line under the heading “Being”, for “Oruamatua-Kaimanawa 2E 1”, read “Oruamatua-Kaimanawa 2B 1”.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Whangarei

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land containing 2 roods 24 perches situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 433, 434, and 435, D.P. 46371. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume 315, folio 241; Volume 697, folio 341; and Volume 1160, folio 62, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of March 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 21·1 perches situated in Block XIV, Town of Hawksbury, Borough of Waikouaiti, Otago R.D., being Section 15; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2285 (S.O. 12852) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 15·15 perches situated in the Borough of Pahiatua, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 21, 22, 23, and 48, D.P. 301, being part Section 21, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 41, folio 42, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of March 1961.
