Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 27th day of March 1961.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Takapau Sur-
vey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 0 Section 9, Block III, Town of Ormondville; col-
oured blue on plan.
2 0 14·6 Sections 5, 6, 8, 30, and 31, Block III, Town of
Ormondville; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 29·5 Section 7, Block III, Town of Ormondville; col-
oured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2336 (S.O. 3335) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

coloured orange.
