Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of New Plymouth

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Moturoa 1B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2231 (S.O. 9201) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the drainage easement over part certificate of title, Volume 1011, folio 83, created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 614402, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
