A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 12·6 perches situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, being Lots 594 and 595, D.P. 5761, being part of Section 6. Parts certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 11, Southland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer S. 167665, the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 154551, and the right of way created by transfer S. 164133, and together with the benefit of the right of way appurtenant thereto created by the said transfer S. 164133, Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 12141, Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.
