Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in the Borough of Waikouaiti
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 27·8 perches situated in Block XIV, Town of Hawksbury Borough of Waikouaiti, Otago R.D., being Section 12; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2285 (S.O. 12852) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, together with the drainage easement over part certificate of title, Volume 1011, folio 83, created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 614402, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 26·2 perches situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Allotments 68 and 69, Suburbs of Grahamtown. All certificate of title, Volume 1347, folio 61, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 10·5 perches situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Kopara Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Rural Section 3365; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2147 (S.O. 5060) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 41, L.T. Plan 48891. Part certificate of title, Volume 941, folio 253, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of March 1961.
