Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject as to Part to a Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, as from the 13th day of March 1961, subject as to Lot 4, D.P. S. 6131, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 170995, Auckland Land Registry.
