Authorising the Laying Off of Hawkey Street in the City of Timaru, at a Width of Less Than 66 ft, but Not Less Than 43 ft

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Timaru City Council to lay off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 43 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 17 on the plan referred to in the said Schedule as M.O.W. 2146 within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.
