A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the
Maori Land Court by order dated the 4th day of October
1960, to be road.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Longwood
Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:

marked M.O.W. 2178 (S.O. 6522), deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for Better
Utilisation in the Borough of Mount Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 31st day of August
1960, and published in Gazette, 8 September 1960, Vol. II,
page 1333, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland
as No. 17721, taking land for better utilisation in the
Borough of Mount Wellington, in so far as it affects the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 112 acres and 39·7 perches
situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of
Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2 of
a subdivision of part Hamlin’s Grant. Balance certificate of
title, Volume 861, folio 253, Auckland Land Registry (limited
as to parcels).

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government
road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no
longer required.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 2 roods 14·4
perches situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District,
Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Section
3 and part Lot 8, D.P. 3641, being part O.L.C. 54; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 865 (S.O. 38759) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles
John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 26 (formerly part Section 18), Block VIII, and
Section 56, Block XII, Inangahua Survey District: Area, 422
acres 3 roods, more or less. As shown on plan No. 113/49
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans
8899 and 10134.)
