Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 8 and 23, D.P. 21539, to the building-line condition contained in special order, K. 450899, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 11, D.P. 21539, to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 478054, Wellington Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a university, subject to the building-line condition imposed by Order in Council No. 1385, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 19·3 perches situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 17433, being part Rural Section 1052; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2166 (S.O. 9645) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
