Land Taken for a Public School in Block III, Titirangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 6 acres and 21·7 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 235, Parish of Waikomiti; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 673 (S.O. 42101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 20·8 perches situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 6331, being part Rural Section 10484; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2032 (S.O. 9784) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a roadman’s cottage and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 22·8 perches, being part Section 3, Block V, Kawhia South Survey District, Auckland R.D., as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2193 (S.O. 40430) depcsited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

All that piece of land containing 28 acres 3 roods 4 perches situated in Block II, Invercargill Hundred, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2216, and being part Section 4 and closed road. All certificate of title, Volume 190, folio 189, Southland Land Registry.

An Easement Over Land Taken for Drainage Purposes in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson full, free, and perpetual right, liberty, and licence unto the Hobson County Council, its servants, contractors, agents, and workmen and visitors, and all persons having business with it, of ingress, egress, and regress on horseback or on foot and with or without implements and vehicles of every description by night as well as by day on, over, and upon the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right to open up the soil thereof to such depth and width as may be required for the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage works on the said land, together with the right to deposit all spoil and cleanings from the said drainage works upon the said lands in the said Schedule, and such further or other incidental rights as may be necessary at all times to complete the construction of the said drainage works and thereafter to maintain the same; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.
