Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Dannevirke

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 6 acres 33·84 perches situated in the Borough of Dannevirke, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lots 3 and part Lot 6, D.P. 4894, part Suburban Section 29, Dannevirke; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2199 (S.O. 3346) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining interest reserved in transfer 14737, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easements created by transfers S. 169054, S. 173634, and S. 185119, and to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 187211, and together with the benefit of the drainage easements appurtenant thereto created by transfers S. 174020, S. 185379, and S. 187211, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

S. 6277, to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 187755, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.
