A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 13·37 perches situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 41, D.P. 12298, being part Section 3, Wainui District. Part certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 271, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre situated in Block XIV, Waiaua Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 9574 (Ak.), being part Section 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1684 (S.O. 5180) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1961.
