A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7 acres 1 rood 24·2 perches, being part Section 2, Block XIV, Kawhia North Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2036 (S.O. 40724) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54236, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 53, D.P. 43646. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1355, folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.
