Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XIV, Kawhia North Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7 acres 1 rood 24ยท2 perches, being part Section 2, Block XIV, Kawhia North Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2036 (S.O. 40724) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54236, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 53, D.P. 43646. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1355, folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 4ยท6 perches situated in Block I, Punakaiki Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Rural Section 2598; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2092 (S.O. 5055) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of a public reserve containing 2 acres 1 rood 21 perches situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 173, D.P. 44193, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1961.
