Declaring Land to be an Access Way in the Town of Outram

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of
February 1961
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be an
access way for the purposes of Part I of that Act.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 perches situated in Block
XV, Town of Outram, Otago R.D., being part Section 12 as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 2044 (S.O. 12342) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

road described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules
hereto.

Under Section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment
Act 1948 and Section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of
February 1961
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the
Order in Council dated the 20th day of December 1950, and
published in Gazette, 11 January 1951, Vol. II, page 9, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No.
S. 11183, authorising the Tauranga Borough Council to permit
the laying off of, inter alia, the street to be known as Townview
Road, but now known as Stratford Place, in the Borough of
Tauranga, by varying the conditions with regard to the building
line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or
part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 100,
D.P. 36698, being part Allotments 26 and 603, Te Papa Parish,
within a distance of 38 ft from the centre line of the said street.
