Consent to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Rotorua Borough Council and the Rotorua County Council

Pursuant to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Rotokawa Aerodrome Order 1961.
- Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Rotorua Borough Council and the Rotorua County Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land comprising 203 acres 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being parts of Whakapoungakau Blocks 11B, 12B, 13B, 15B, and 16, Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Toa, Ngati Kinohaku, Ngati Kanawa, and Ngati Peehi tribes.

Declaring the Peria Rabbit District and the Turanga-o-Moana Rabbit District to be United to Form the Matamata Rabbit District (Notice No. Ag. 7224)

Pursuant to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, at the request of the Minister of Agriculture made on the recommendation of the Rabbit Destruction Council, hereby declares the Peria Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 13th day of October 1919,* and the Turanga-o-Moana Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 6th day of October 1924†, to be united and to form one district having the name of the Matamata Rabbit District, the boundaries of which shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto; and further declares that the basis on which the Rabbit Board to be established for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of the land occupied by the ratepayer.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE MATAMATA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Counties of Piako and Matamata, and the Boroughs of Te Aroha and Matamata containing 215,800 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the middle of the Hamilton-Kopu State Highway No. 26 and the middle of the Waitoa-Ngarua Main Road in Block XVI, Waitoa Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the middle of the said highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 88, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the generally western, northern, and eastern boundaries of the Borough of Te Aroha, being the north-eastern boundary of Section 88 aforesaid, and along a right line across Gordon Avenue and a Railway Reserve, described in Gazette, 1885, page 1214, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 31, D.P. 17828, along another right line across Aroha View Avenue to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 15, D.P. 17828, Sections 78, 79, 80, 81, and 82, Block IX aforesaid, a right line across Grattan Road to and along the northern boundary of Section 9, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, the eastern boundaries of parts Lots 6 and 4, D.P. 5238, the southern side of Te Kawana Road and its production to the eastern side of Stanley Street; thence north-westerly along that eastern side, to and north-easterly along the south-eastern side of a public road forming the north-western boundary of part Section 12, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, shown on D.P. 13231, and continuing along the generally north-western boundary of that section and its production to and down the middle of the Waihou River to a point due west of the southernmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 9294; thence due east along a right line for a distance of 3000 links; thence due north to a point due west of the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 9294, and due east across Lot 39, D.P. 11332, and the Thames -Te Aroha Railway to the said southernmost corner; thence northerly along the eastern side of the said railway, to and easterly along the southern boundaries of Sections 31D, 31c 4, 31c 1, parts 31B 3 and 31B 2, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, along a right line across Centennial Avenue, to and along the southern side of Tui Road, to and along the western and northern boundaries of Section 117, Block IX aforesaid, and that northern boundary produced across a State forest, described in Gazette, 1900, page 6, to the western boundary of Block X, Aroha Survey District; thence southerly along that block boundary to and easterly along the generally southern boundary of the County of Ohinemuri, as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to and southerly generally along the generally western boundary of the County of Tauranga, as described in Gazette, 1959, page 1670, to the middle of the public road forming the generally south-eastern boundary of Section 60, Selwyn Settlement, in Block I, Tapapa East Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that public road, the Tauranga-Pairere State Highway No. 29, Raparapa Road, and Te Poi Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 36610, in Block XI, Tapapa Survey District; thence continuing westerly generally along a right line to and along that last-mentioned boundary and along the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 2819, the eastern and northern boundaries of part Rangitanuku 1A Block, crossing the intervening Rangitanuku Road and that boundary produced to the middle of the Waihou River; thence down the middle of that river, to and south-westerly up the middle of the Oraka Stream, to and along the middle of Langlands Road, to and north-westerly generally along the middle of the Maungatarata-Tirau State Highway No. 27 and the middle of Totmans Road crossing the Auckland-Rotorua Railway, to and south-westerly along the middle of Tauranga-Pairere State Highway No. 29 and the middle of the Awanui-Bluff State Highway No. 1 to a point in line with the eastern boundary of part Lot 6, D.P. 3300, in Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line, being
