Authorising the Construction of the Rotorua-Tarukenga Motorway in the Rotorua Borough and County

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of February 1961 Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a motorway, to be known as the Rotorua-Tarukenga Motorway, commencing in the vicinity of the intersection of Tawa and Peneha Streets in the Borough of Rotorua and proceeding thence in a northerly and westerly direction generally to its junction with the Tirau-Napier State Highway about 20 chains west of the Tarukenga overbridge in the Rotorua County.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Exmoor Street in the Borough of Havelock North, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of February 1961 Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Havelock North Borough Council to permit the laying off of a proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject as to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 2107 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 13 ft from the side line of the said street.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

THAT proposed street containing by admeasurement 1 rood 12 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 3911, part Suburban Section 4, Havelock North. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2107 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Access Ways to be Vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Onehunga and to be Under the Control and Management of the Onehunga Borough Council

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Onehunga and be under the control and management of the Onehunga Borough Council.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those access ways containing 16 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 16 and 17, D.P. 47382, and being part Allotments 11 and 13, Section 3, Town of Onehunga.
