A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 20th day of February 1961.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 25 acres 3 roods situated
in Block XII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District,
Otago R.D., and being part Lots 25 to 28 inclusive, D.P. 1205,
being part Sections 10 to 12 inclusive, 19 and closed road;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 1972 (S.O. 12931) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
