PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the surface of the land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil
above a plane 50 ft below and approximately parallel to
the surface of the said land, is hereby taken for road; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 20th day of February 1961.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Arnot Brown
of Kinohaku, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in per-
petuity recorded in Volume 117, folio 28, Auckland Land
Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 20th day of February 1961.
