Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in Block XVI,
Kawakawa Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Kawakawa
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
3 2 10 Part Sections 1 and 2; coloured yellow on plan.
2 1 10 Part Section 3; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2047 (S.O. 42543) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 7th day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a second-
ary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 8·02 perches sit-
uated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D.,
being part Section 239, Town of Palmerston North; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 2045 (S.O. 24851) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and

All that piece of land containing 36·7 perches situated in
Block V, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Allotment 14, Kourawhero Parish. All certificate

as to parcels).

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public
School in the Borough of Inglewood
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby
taken for the purposes of a public school over the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her
Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence,
and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct,
inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes
and also a concrete channel under, along, and across the
said land, and to use the said line of pipes and concrete
channel for the unimpeded conveyance of drainage from
adjacent school swimming baths, such easement to be
held appurtenant to the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in the Borough of Inglewood,
Taranaki R.D., being that portion of Lot 91, D.P. 1786,
being part Section 104, Moa District, coloured orange on
plan M.O.W. 1963 (S.O. 9196) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Inglewood,
Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 13·1 Part Section 104, Moa District, being all the
land in D.P. 4440. All certificate of title,
Volume 109, folio 38, Taranaki Land Registry.
24 2 25·9 Part Section 104, Moa District. All certificate
