A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, being Lot 20, D.P. S. 1483, being part Otorohanga 1F 5A Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1709, folio 78, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 4, D.P. S. 6131, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 170995, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.
