Crown Land Set Apart for a Main Highway Depot in
Block XIV, Otira Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main high-
way depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 acres 1 rood 22·8
perches situated in Block XIV, Otira Survey District, West-
land R.D., being formerly part Railway land; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
1983 (S.O. 4863) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 7th day of February 1961.

in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s
residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 20th day of February 1961.
