A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in Transfer S. 188473, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 10 perches situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Lot 15, D.P. S. 6278, being part Section 71, Suburbs of Rotorua. All certificate of title, Volume 1741, folio 71, Auckland Land Registry.
