Portion of Public Reserve Set Apart for a Courthouse in Murchison

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a courthouse; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of public reserve containing 25·71 perches situated in the Town of Murchison, Nelson R.D., being Section 90, Town of Murchison; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1388 (S.O. 10181) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 38 perches, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 49, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1715 (S.O. 42361) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 39 perches situated in the Wakari Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., and being closed street adjoining or passing through Sections 133 to 153, both inclusive; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1740 (S.O. 12900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land containing 36·7 perches situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 2544, being part Allotment 118, Parish of Te Papa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1204, folio 163, Auckland Land Registry.
