A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 32·5 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lots 3 to 7, D.P. 16387, being part Section 53, Hutt District. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 4946, being formerly part certificate of title, Volume 578, folio 40, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for street, that the portion of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart in connection with street, and that the said portions of public reserve shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 8·92 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 12, D.P. 6516, being part Section 52, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1782 (S.O. 24088) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5·63 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 12, D.P. 6516, being part Section 52, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1782 (S.O. 24088) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.
