CORRIGENDUM

IN a Proclamation published in Gazette, 1960, No. 79, at page 1875, revoking part of a Proclamation defining the middle line of the Rosebank section of the Avondale - Pollen Island Railway in Block III, Titirangi S.D., for the number “20539”, read “13445”, and in the date of Proclamation for the words “26th day of November 1960”, read “9th day of December 1960.”

Dated at Wellington this 20th day of December 1960.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing 784 acres, more or less, being the lands known as Waikare 14B 2B, 14B 2C, and 14B 2D Blocks, situated in Blocks XI and XV, Russell Survey District. (M.L. Plan 12181.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Post Office Purposes (Residences) in the Borough of Putaruru

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post office purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 rood 28·3 perches situated in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of Putaruru, being Lot 13, D.P. S. 5823, and Lot 14,

D.P. S. 2014, being part Section 97, Selwyn Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 146, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject to Certain Rights, for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Birkenhead

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 579642, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 9, D.P. 43491, to the water drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 574219, Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of December 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 1·6 perches situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Birkenhead, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 9, 11, and 13, D.P. 43491. All certificate of title, Volume 1548, folio 21, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1960.
