Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in
Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District—viz, a portion of the
Auckland-Hamilton Motorway—shall be that defined and set
forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the
limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 1552
referred to in the Schedule hereto.
