ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 3·2 Part Allotment 8, Waipa Parish; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
0 1 20 Part Allotment 43, Waipa Parish; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1551 (S.O. 38596) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

THIRD SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 38·2 perches situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 229, Waipa Parish; as the same is shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and numbered S.O. 18299.

Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block V, Turanganui Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3·7 perches situated in Block V, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Tauranga Block, D.P. 288; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159301 (S.O. 5041) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1960.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road in Blocks X and XI, Cape Campbell Survey District, Awatere County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was reserved for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Cape Campbell Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

Situated in Blocks X and XI.
