As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1668 (S.O. 24665) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XL, Hokonui Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:
