Crown Land Set Apart for a Metal Pit in Block VI,
Makotuku Survey District


COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a metal pit;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 12th day of December 1960.


SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 34·4
perches situated in Block VI, Makotuku Survey District,
Wellington R.D., being part Sections 24 and 68; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
1322 (S.O. 24779) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the First Schedule hereto and the land now held for better
utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
set apart for an animal research station; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
12th day of December 1960.


FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 22·6
perches situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 82, Hutt District; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 160221 (S.O. 23708) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Belmont
Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being
22 2 23·9 Part Section 81, Hutt District; coloured orange
on plan.

hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a mental hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 12th day of December 1960.


SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 39·2 perches
situated in Block IV, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D.,
being formerly parts Section 48, and being all the land in
Proclamation No. 5069; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110335 (S.O. 9229) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow and blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of November 1960.

purposes described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for post office purposes (cable terminal station); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 12th day of December 1960.


SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres and 31·6 perches
situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and being part Allotment 49, Takapuna Parish; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 1660 (S.O. 42437) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
