Officers Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 231 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Sections 2, 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block III, Cobden Survey District, excepting all veins, beds, and seams of coal, fireclay, and other minerals, and metals, and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coals, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land. The said land being more particularly shown on Survey Office Plans 3885, 3889, and 3890, and on a plan filed in the office of the Mines Department at Wellington under file 6/4/17.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 26

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 26, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

2. This notice shall come into force on the 2nd day of December 1960.

3. The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the services set out in the Schedule hereto.

4. The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the services referred to in the Schedule in respect of which, pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer applies.
