Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Napier City Council on the 1st day of December 1958:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Napier City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

Lots 1, 3, 4, and part Lot 6, D.P. 7354, being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block and part of Ahuriri Lagoon, situate in the City of Napier: Area, 32 acres 1 rood 1·8 perches, more or less. Balance certificate of title, H.B. Volume 117, folio 140.

Declaration That Part of the Onaero Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, and Change of Purpose of the Reserve and Addition of the Reserve to the Pukemiro Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Onaero Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes subject to Part IV of the said Act to form part of the Pukemiro Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the New Plymouth Scenic Reserves Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for defence purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Onaero Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act to form part of the Onaero Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
