The Western Side of Portion of Duke Street in the City of Christchurch Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of November 1960

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves the resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the 20th day of July 1960, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portion of the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
THE Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the western side of the portion of Duke Street adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 19665, and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 18680, being part of the land contained in certificates of title, Volume 373, folio 125 (limited), Volume 373, folio 127 (limited), Volume 414, folio 268 (limited), and Volume 20, folio 105, Canterbury Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
THE western side of that portion of Duke Street, situated in the City of Christchurch, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 19665, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 18680, being parts Town Reserve 127; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1149 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 25th day of July 1960, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to portion of the eastern side of Flower Street and portion of the northern side of Nikau Street fronting Lots 9 to 13, and part 8, Section 1, Deeds Plan 45 (blue), part Allotments 2 and 2A, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan A2693/2.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE eastern side of all that portion of Flower Street in the City of Auckland, fronting Lots 9 to 13 and part 8, Section 1, Deeds Plan 45 (blue), being part Allotments 2 and 2A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. The northern side of all that portion of Nikau Street in the City of Auckland, fronting Lots 9 to 13 and part 8, Section 1, Deeds Plan 45 (blue), being part Allotments 2 and 2A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1387 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Woodlands Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Woodlands Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 18th day of August 1937,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WOODLANDS RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the County of Southland, Southland Land District, containing by estimation 117,840 acres, more or less, inclusive of roads, railways, and streams, and bounded as follows: Commencing on the western side of the Rakahouka-Hedgehope road at its junction with the left bank of the Titipua Stream; thence easterly generally along the left bank of the Titipua Stream to a road forming the south-western boundary of Section 57, Block V, Lindhurst Hundred; thence south-easterly generally along the western side of the said road to the Te Tipua Valley Road; thence north-easterly generally along the western side of the Te Tipua Valley Road to its junction with the Glencoe-Brydone road; thence south-easterly generally along the northern side of the Glencoe-Brydone road to the western side of State Highway No. 1; thence southerly generally along the western side of the said State highway to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 24E, Edendale Settlement, Block X, Lindhurst Hundred; thence easterly by a right line across a railway reserve and along the southern boundary of the said Section 24E and that boundary produced to the right bank of the Mataura River; thence south-easterly generally along the right bank of the Mataura River to a point in line with the southern side of the Invercargill-Tokanui Railway Reserve; thence westerly along the southern side of the Invercargill-Tokanui Railway Reserve
