PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Pahiatua Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 983 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft from the centre lines of those parts of the said streets which are less than 66 ft in width.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hastings City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject as to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1215 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 20 ft from the side line of the said street.

THAT proposed street containing by admeasurement 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 5014, and part Lots 6 and 20, D.P. 6442, part Heretaunga Block. PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Birkenhead Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1300 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.
