At the Government House at Wellington this 12th day of October 1960

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 3 roods 11 perches situated in Block VI, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Section 4 and part Lot 1, D.P. 29566, being part Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158987 (S.O. 40415) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Authorising the Laying Off of Streets off Wakeman Street in the Borough of Pahiatua, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of October 1960

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Pahiatua Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 983 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft from the centre lines of those parts of the said streets which are less than 66 ft in width.

THOSE proposed streets in the Borough of Pahiatua, Wellington R.D., together containing 3 roods 8 perches, being part Lot 130, D.P. 301, and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 525, being part Section 21, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 983 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Townshend Street in the City of Hastings, Subject as to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hastings City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject as to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1215 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 20 ft from the side line of the said street.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

THAT proposed street containing by admeasurement 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 5014, and part Lots 6 and 20, D.P. 6442, part Heretaunga Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1215 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hastings City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject as to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1216 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 20 ft, from the side line of the said street.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Birkenhead Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1300 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.
