Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (V.H.F. Radio Terminal Station) in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. radio terminal station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 14·7 perches situated in Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, being closed street adjoining or passing through Sections 1 of 27 and 3 of 27, Otago R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 244 (S.O. 12825) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pumping station, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26·4 perches, situated in Block III, Wairio Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Lot 21, D.P. 1289, being also part Section 182; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 807 (S.O. 6401) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken for Electric Works in the Borough of Havelock North
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement of right of way is hereby taken for electric works over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to and egress from the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that the aforesaid easement of right of way shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 18·2 perches situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 2356, part Suburban Section 28, Havelock; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 752 (S.O. 3222) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 39·6 perches situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 9417, being part Suburban Section 28, Havelock; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160562 (S.O. 3179) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 195 acres 3 roods 26 perches situated in Block V, Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 3002, and part Lot 1, D.P. 15773, being part Rural Section 426, Township of Foxton, and part Block II, Manawatu District, and accretion thereto. Balance certificate of title, Volume 584, folio 151, Wellington Land Registry.
