PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 7th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Waclaw Brylkowski and Fides Maria Brylkowski
under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume
1318, folio 14 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for
better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 35·5 perches situated in
Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auck-
