COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 36·7 perches situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being Lot 15, D.P. S. 1855, being part Section 37, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1207, folio 29, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 22·2 perches, situated in Block XII, Motueka Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Lot 55, D.P. 375, and being part Section 99, District of Moutere Hills; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1389 (S.O. 10192) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Part certificate of title, Volume 879, folio 13, Wellington Land Registry.
