Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hastings

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 3 13·8 Part Lot 38, Deeds Plan 103, being part Heretaunga Block.
0 1 32·7 Part Lot 39, Deeds Plan 103, being part Heretaunga Block.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1260 (S.O. 3287) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block I, Blackstone Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 93; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1304 (S.O. 12913) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 5480, being part Allotment 41, Parish of Te Rapa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1465, folio 10, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer S. 88784 and subject as to Lot 176, D.P. S. 3165, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 62022, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 rood 8·6 perches situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being Lots 176 and 167, D.P. S. 3165, being part Allotment 28, Parish of Te Papa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1214, folio 82, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restrictions imposed by notice S. 168071 and by special order S. 183844, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 35·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Lot 76, D.P. S. 5967, being part Section 63, Suburbs of Rotorua. All certificate of title, Volume 1703, folio 93, Auckland Land Registry.
