Portions of a Public Reserve, Land Held for State Housing Purposes, and Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the Borough of Mount Roskill

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that portions of a public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the Crown land described in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those portions of a public reserve situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 0·2} ment 9, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; col-
oured blue on plan.
2 0 37·3 Lot 174, D.P. 17583, being part Allotment 10,
Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured blue
on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1257 (S.O. 42211) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 15·4 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 9 of Section 13 of the Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1257 (S.O. 42211) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

THIRD SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 19·7 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 9 of Section 13 of the Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1257 (S.O. 42211) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 30·7 perches, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 6136, being part Section 7, Block XV, Orahiri Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 1244, folio 90, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of October 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 10·6 perches situated in the Borough of Opunake, Taranaki R.D., being Lots 24 and 25, D.P. 7479, being part Section 10, Opunake Town Belt. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 2102, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1960.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Subject to a Building-line Restriction and to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 450029 and to Proclamation No. 327851 defining the middle line of a transmission line; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 29·3 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 264, D.P. 20125, being part Rural Section 2173. Part certificate of title, Volume 411, folio 164, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of October 1960.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Timaru, Subject to a Fencing Covenant and Building-line Restriction

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes subject to a fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 147529 and to the building-line restriction contained in special order No. 456831, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 39·4 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 21, D.P. 19053, being part Rural Sections 2015 and 2139. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 618, folio 94, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1960.
