Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12 acres and 30 perches, more or less, being the land known as Wahine Rukuwai 2B Block, situated in Block VII, Waitoa Survey District (M.L. Plan 7241).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject to a Drainage Easement, for Better Utilisation in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to K. 65363, Auckland Land Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for stormwater, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 29Β·6 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 311, D.P. 39950. Part certificate of title, Volume 1522, folio 4, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1960.

Setting Apart Tidal Land for Disposal Under Section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Harbour Leasing Regulations 1930, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for disposal under section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 27 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section 9, Block XI, Mangamuka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 10883 deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1960.
