Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8·9 perches, situated in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 3, Mangapai Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159871 (S.O. 41435) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 10·7 perches, situated in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 28730. All certificate of title, Volume 736, folio 133, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Henderson, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 9·6 perches, situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being Section 8, Block XVI, Town of Paeroa. All certificate of title, Volume 1701, folio 98, Auckland Land Registry.
