A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods, situated in the Borough of Temuka, Canterbury R.D., being Sections 454, 456, and 458, and being part Reserve 2774, Town of Aro- whenua.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a teacher’s residence over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of stormwater, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block II, Orere Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 0·2 perches, being part Lot 2, D.P. 41359, part Orere North Block.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block II, Orere Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 2·5 perches, being part Lot 2, D.P. 41359, part Orere North Block.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160948 (S.O. 41795) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
