Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 8th day of February 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 8th day of February 1960.

described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Allan Alex-
ander McQueen and Donald John McQueen, both of Whanga-
rei, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and
by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1572, folio 52,
Auckland Land Registry, the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto held by Clace Emma Hedley, of Whangarei,
widow, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence,
