A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 28 perches, situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District, Westland R.D., and being closed road adjoining Sections 246, 252, 253, 269 to 272, and 278 to 282 (all inclusive), and Suburban Section 5, Town of Ahaura; being all the land in Proclamation No. 24470, Westland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Maunganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.
