Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, more or less, being the block of land known as Koutu 1A 3c and 1A 5, Subdivision 20, situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1960.

Declaring Lands in Wellington and Otago Land Districts Vested in the Wanganui and Otago Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 21, Block IV, Hautapu Survey District: Area, 6 acres 1 rood 21·1 perches, more or less.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1044J deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. (S.O. Plan 24439.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, acquired for the purposes of section 30, subsection (1) of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, is hereby set apart for hospital purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 38·87 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lots 3 to 5, D.P. 17934, being part Town Belt, Town of Wellington. Part certificate of title, Volume 673, folio 2, Wellington Land Registry.
