OF ROAD

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works
Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in
the Second Schedule.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken and the
portions of road proposed to be stopped is available for
public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council,
Barkes Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40)
days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All
persons having well grounded objections to the above-
mentioned proposals are hereby called upon to set forth their
objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of
the Council on or before the 11th day of November 1960.
