hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken
is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said
Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in
the said City, and is there open for inspection without fee by
all persons, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or the taking of such lands should if they have well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands set forth the same in writing
and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication
of this notice, to the Wellington City Council addressed
to the Town Clerk at his said office.

less, being part of Section 12, Owhiro District, being part of
Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 6954, and being also the land
more particularly shown on S.O. Plan 24554 and thereon
coloured orange.
Secondly—One and seventy-one one hundredths perches
(1·71), more or less, being part of Section 12, Owhiro District,
being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 5945, and being
also the land more particularly shown on S.O. Plan 24554 and
thereon coloured blue.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Timaru City Council proposes,
under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute
a certain public work, namely, the widening of part of King
Street at the Terminus Hotel Corner in the City of Timaru;
and for the purpose of such public work the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required
to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk
to the said Council, situated in King George's Place, Timaru,
and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during
ordinary office hours.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF PATANGATA COUNTY DISTRICT
SCHEME
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution
of the Patangata County Council, made on the 11th day of
November 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for
approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the County of Patangata. The scheme
has been deposited in the County Council offices, in accordance
with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for
inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any
time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in
writing in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be
lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than
19 December 1960. At a later date every objection will be
open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to
support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard
at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk
in writing within the period of which public notice will be
given.

Southland Catchment District described in the Schedule
hereto, and more particularly delineated on Classification Plan

and the classification is deemed a valid classification as
