ORDER
(1) As from the 30th day of September 1960 the Awanui Harbour Board shall be dissolved.
(2) As from the date aforesaid the powers and functions of the Awanui Harbour Board shall be transferred to the Mangonui County Council, and all the property, debts, liabilities, and engagements of that Board shall become the property, debts, liabilities, and engagements of that Council.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 22nd day of January 1958, and published in the Gazette on the 23rd day of the same month at page 72, authorising Horace George Wells, of Havelock, Pelorus Sound, sheep farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of Portion of Bristol Crescent in the City of Palmerston North Imposed by Order in Council Under the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1933

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 9 August 1950, published in the Gazette, 10 August 1950, Vol. II, page 1565, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 2172, authorising the laying off of a street (Bristol Crescent) off Vogel Street in the City of Palmerston North, subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition as to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5 to 11 (inclusive) and Lots 14 to 20 (inclusive) of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street, as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 131958 referred to in the said Order in Council, within a distance of 40 ft from the centre line of the said street.
