Consent to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Te Kuiti Borough Council

At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of September 1960
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Te Kuiti Aerodrome Order 1960.
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Te Kuiti Borough Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.
  3. The order of consent in Gazette, No. 49, published on 23 July 1936, at page 1411, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
ALL that land comprising 88 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Block 7c Te Kumi, Block XV, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8140, Block 8B 1 Te Kumi, Block XV, and Lot 2, D.P. 7392, Block 9 Te Kumi, Block XV, Orahiri S.D.

Exempting Land in the South Auckland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land situated in the Land Registration District of Auckland, containing 1 rood 6Β·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 50, D.P. 17389, being part of Allotment 79, Parish of Pepepe, excepting thereout all veins, seams, and beds of coal, fireclay, and other minerals whatsoever in, upon, or under the said land, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, register book, Volume 1298, folio 74 (Auckland Land Registry), subject to mining easement created by conveyance No. 173870 (R. 112/262) and confirmed by deed 178252 (R. 120/516).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 23rd day of September 1960.

The under-mentioned are granted commissions in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer, with seniority and effect from the date shown:

RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS Extensions of Commissions

The under-mentioned officers are granted extensions of their commissions until the date shown:
