COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 35·8 Part Lot 4, D.P. 613, being part Section 1; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 13·3 Part Lot 1, Block V, D.P. 1793, being part Section 2; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160867 (S.O. 12659) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Motorway in Blocks VII and XII, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1950, published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Vol. III, page 2032, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4272, defining the middle line of a motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 27·2 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 4288, being part Section 12, Porirua District. All certificate of title, Volume 272, folio 43, Wellington Land Registry.

The Pioneer Park Rural Fire District Order 1960

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of January 1960
Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Pioneer Park Rural Fire District Order 1960.
  2. This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  3. The area specified in the Schedule to this order is hereby constituted and declared to be a rural fire district to be known as the Pioneer Park Rural Fire District.
  4. The trees and other plants on State forest land situated in the said area are hereby specified as the property for the protection of which the district is constituted.
  5. The Pioneer Park Rural Fire District shall, for the purposes of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, be administered by the Minister of Forests.
  6. The period between the 1st day of October in any year and the 30th day of April in the following year is hereby specified and declared to be a closed fire season in the said district.
    SCHEDULE
    CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
    Pioneer Park Rural Fire District
    ALL that area in Mackenzie County, containing approximately 10,500 acres, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Tangiwai Survey District, and Blocks V, IX, and XIII, Opihi Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east generally by the north-eastern sides of Gudex Road and Middle Valley Road; towards the south-east by the south-eastern side of a public road; towards the south-west and west generally by the south-western and western sides of Spur Road; towards the north-west generally by the north-western side of a public road to and across the Kakahu-Burke’s Pass Road; and towards the north generally by Lot 15 on D.P. 1628, and Lot 1 on D.P. 3480. As shown on plan No. 160/9 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
