Captain W. E. Dervan, M.B., CH.B., B.SC., to be temp. Major. Dated 1 April 1959.
3rd Field Ambulance, RNZAMC
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Charles Clifford Bezar, RNZASC, ceases to be attached and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Army Service Corps, in the rank of Captain, and continues to be attached to the Christchurch Boys' High School Cadets. Dated 8 October 1959.
1st Casualty Clearing Station, RNZAMC
Captain (temp. Major) W. M. Smeeton, M.B., CH.B., D.A. (ENG.), F.F.A.R.C.S., F.F.A.R.A.C.S., relinquishes the temp. rank of Major and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 1st Casualty Clearing Station, RNZAMC, in the rank of Captain with seniority from 1 January 1955. Dated 7 December 1959.

Regular Force
Major the Rev. Stewart Warren Perry, E.D., B.A., from the Retired List, is granted a short-service commission for a term of three years, in the rank of Chaplain 3rd Class (Presbyterian). Dated 16 November 1959.
Territorial Force
The Rev. Colin MacKenzie, E.D., Chaplain 3rd Class (Presbyterian), is posted to the Retired List. Dated 18 December 1959.
N.Z. ARMY EDUCATION CORPS
Regular Force
Captain (temp. Major) Raymond Francis Chappell, B.COM., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, N.Z. Army Education Corps, in the rank of Major. Dated 30 December 1959.
ROYAL N.Z. NURSING CORPS

Matron M. W. Wilson is seconded to the Royal New Zealand Navy for duty. Dated 17 December 1959.
Charge Sister S. A. Monkhouse is re-engaged for a term of one year as from 13 January 1960.
